PHFA check presentation - November 19, 2007

ACTION-Housing, Inc. was awarded $260,500 in funds from the Pennsylvania Housing and Finance Agency for the 2007 Homeownership Choice Program funding round. ACTION-Housing received funding to support the Lenox Building Renovation, which is two buildings located at 2145 and 2147 Ardmore Boulevard, Forest Hills Borough, Allegheny County, PA 15221. This project is a Mixed Use Facility Financing Initiative. Lawrence Swanson, Executive Director of ACTION-Housing, Inc. accepted the check at a press conference held at the Old Homestead Bakery Building at 225 East Seventh Ave., Homestead, PA from Edward G. Rendell, Governor.
