Northside Coalition Senior Housing

Northside Coalition Senior Housing is a 25 unit elderly housing development located in the Northside Neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh. The construction commenced in December, 2006 and is scheduled to be completed by December, 2007. The project is being developed under the HUD Section 202 Program, which is specifically for the elderly at or above the age of 62. We are working closely with Northside Coalition for Fair Housing Inc. The contractor is Mistick Construction and the Architect is RSH Architects.
