Wilkinsburg - Peebles Square

Located in Wilkinsburg, Peebles Square is a 20 unit development comprised of 6 rehabilitated townhouses, 1 single family rehabilitation, and up to 12 new single family housing units, all of which will be for sale.  Construction began on the rehabilitations in June 2007, and the units were listed for sale in January 2008.  The demolition to prepare the site for new construction began in December 2007.  We are co-developers with Hosanna House, and have worked closely with a design group comprised of community stakeholders.  We have worked with the CDCP, Rothschild Doyno, and Marvin Miller for design-related services.  The builder is Mistick Construction.  Primary funders include the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency and the Allegheny County Department of Economic Development.
