Second Baptist Senior Apartments is a 35 unit elderly housing development located in Borough of Homestead. The construction commenced in September, 2006 and is scheduled to be completed by September, 2007. The project is being developed under the HUD Section 202 Program, which is specifically for the elderly at or above the age of 62. We are working closely with Second Baptist Church. The contractor is Graziano Construction and the Architect is RSH Architects.
